Wow, this was amazing! So impressed by how well you were able to tell a haunting and emotional story with such a limited system! I love the way you used color and simple animation to build the atmosphere. Definitely inspired to make a bitsy game myself one day!
Thank you! Definitely let me know when you make your Bitsy and I will check it out!
Andrea - my fellow TND Alumni, just replayed your game after awhile and finally finished it all the way. It is truly beautiful, and haunting. I'm mesmerized by the things you've done with the artwork and use of Bitsy's tile system for that...really masterful! You were the person who showed me how bitsy could be used so well and I made 2 projects in it because of you. Thank you! Can't wait for more stories from you, you have a wonderful sense in your writing that hits a sweet spot of deep without being overbearing, prosaic and profound and simple...but hits home in the best way.
Oh my gosh. Thank you so much for your kind words. I will have to check out your Bitsy projects!
This was such a cool Bitsy!
Thank you!
oh wow
thank you for the journey...
this is one of the best bitsy games...
truly amazing
Oh my goodness, that is high such high praise. Thank you!
you're welcome!
Amazing work! I loved the atmosphere that you created!
Thank you!
This is great! All those rooms were worth the effort!
Hah. Yeah, I think it worked out. Thanks for playing!
It's a very fun ride and I love the little quips when trying to leave the house early or talking to the guardian, who is an undecided helper. The music aligns perfectly too.
I tried it on my phone, and it can be played through, but it crashes a lot and the music sometimes distorts when Rue comes in. It makes it extra eerie... Also, it's not meant for the phone but still fun to try. I had to play on my laptop to see the story fully play out. Well worth my time
Thank you for playing (and trying it out on mobile, too). I’m so glad you enjoyed it. :D
I love it! Full of atmosphere, and it makes great use of Bitsy's strengths. Really well done!
Thank you so much!

Looks good! You've got a solid premise and a plan to make it happen. I'm looking forward to seeing more as development progresses.
